Conversations and escalations

Conversations​

Conversations lists every chat with who it was with, what they asked and each action the agent took, step by step.

From a conversation you can:

  • Copy the log for an LLM: the full transcript, formatted to paste into any AI tool.
  • Ask Frankie about this conversation: "which action failed, and why?", "how do I fix this?". Frankie reads the transcript with you.

Escalations​

Escalations collects the chats an agent handed to your team, with the person's email and a summary.

To get them where your team works, add a webhook under the agent's When it can't answer. Frankie sends a frankie.escalation event to Slack or any URL you choose.

Ask Frankie​

The dashboard has its own assistant. Inside a workspace, Ask Frankie stays focused on that workspace: it can look at your setup, explain what's missing and help you configure it.
